Riveted by Press, Not by Hand
The FY-3050 is the model most of our accounts start with. Steel plates are stamped, stacked and riveted under press on our own line, so the clamping force is the same on the first carton and the ten-thousandth. That consistency is the whole point of a laminated body: the plates have to stay together when the lock is struck or levered.
Keying and Branding
Key differs are mixed at packing so no two locks in a carton share a key. Your logo can be engraved, embossed or silk-screened onto the body, shackle or key head, and barcodes and compliance labels are applied in-house before shipment.
