Three Generations, One Padlock Factory
Fangyuan has been making padlocks since 2002 for importers, hardware distributors and private-label brands worldwide — three factories today, one in Pujiang near Yiwu, China, and two in Bangladesh. Still run by the family that started it, now in its third generation.

China · Pujiang
6,000 m², About 150 People
Our original factory is in Pujiang, near Yiwu. Stamping, laminating, riveting, key cutting, assembly, testing and packing all run here — one site, one chain of custody.
Bangladesh · Two Plants
33,000 m², About 880 People
Two factories that together more than double the China site's capacity — 15,000 m² with about 430 people, and 18,000 m² with about 450 people. Same tooling standards, same inspection sheets as Pujiang.
Quality Control & Certifications
The Standard Came From a US Brand's QC Desk
Every batch is checked before it ships — dimensional accuracy, plating quality and salt-spray resistance are all part of the inspection. Salt spray testing is run to the duration each customer specifies.
Our quality lead spent years in quality control for a major U.S. padlock brand before joining Fangyuan. The inspection standards he learned there — what counts as a defect, how much of a batch to sample, which flaws are dealbreakers — are what runs on our lines today.

Canton Fair Every Season, Yiwu All Year
Fangyuan has exhibited at the Canton Fair for over 20 years. Our sales office is in the Yiwu International Trade City — Zone F, Phase 2, Booth F2-13427 and F5-19750 — open year-round, not just during trade fair season.
